Winter is a time for warm, rich foods that fill our bellies with comfort and joy. This season not only do we have four special Christmas menus for parties and festive gatherings, we also have our Gourmand Winter menu! Reflecting the influences of seasonal produce and modern techniques with classic Indian recipes, discover delicious dishes that will excite and delight your senses.
Simultaneously down to earth and luxurious, our Truffle Kulcha is a great way to start a meal. A wild mushroom and black truffle naan, served with mint sauce, pickles and a cucumber raita. Share a bowl of Aloo Kachaloo Chaat, a dish of warm sweet potatoes with crispy wheat chips, chickpeas and a punchy tamarind chutney with pomegranate and nylon sev. Dive into Murgi Japari Kebab, one of our most popular Tandoor mains; duck breast tikka, kaffir lime lead, lemongrass and garlic with papaya compote and onion ring. With a selection of naans, rotis and rices to enjoy alongside, that’s just one brilliant combination to enjoy from our menu.
Feasts to Share
Can’t decide between dishes? Our sharing mains are a feast for two, the incredible Awadhi Khazana is a treasure of winter warmers. A main of Nalli Nihari - slow cooked lamb shank in an onion, tomato and aromatic spice sauce, served with Kadhai Paneer, Subz Birryani, Pomegranate Raita, Onion and Rosemary Kulcha, pickles and chutneys. Shakahari is Hindi for vegetarian, and our Shakahari sharing main is a delight whether you eat meat or not. A tandoori paneer cooked with bell peppers and tomatoes, served with black lentils, Sarson Ka Saag, garlic naan, pilau rice, raita, Punjabi salad, pickles and chutney.
