Game Dishes from Our Autumn Menu

We launched our autumn menu last month, and already it’s been delighting our guests – not least because you can enjoy it with a complementary bottle of Prosecco when you quote the code AUT16! But it’s the authentic seasonal flavours that are really drawing people in. This autumn, our menu features, as promised, a beautiful range of game meat. In our humble opinion (and more importantly, our guests’), it’s some of the best British-Indian fusion cuisine you can taste in Kensington this season.



Pheasant

You’ve heard of the Chicken Tikka – now try the Pheasant Tikka. Packed with flavour, this seasonal twist on a classic is set to be a new favourite. Pheasant is a lean, gamey meat that takes spices very well and makes a first-class curry. Trust us, we’ve tried. A hearty parsnip chutney lends the dish an authentic earthy taste, perfectly fitting for this time of year.


Partridge

A partridge in a pear tree might be a Christmas sight, but we’ve brought it to you a few months early this year. Partridge has a delicate, subtle taste – and we’ve been careful not to overwhelm it with Indian spices. The warm, nutty taste of coriander compliments the bird, while a light, fresh pear chutney serves as a palette cleanser.
