This is a very popular dish in North and Western India as well as Pakistan; and although it may look like scrambled eggs, it's a different dish completely. Egg Bhurji has additional ingredients such as sautéed chopped onions, chilies and spices, making the bhuna masala. If you're looking for a quick food fix and love eggs with an Indian twist then take a look at our Egg Bhurji recipe.
